vday
bought my 1st $1 TOTO ticket today...
and (1) i bought for thw wrong draw date, cos i wanted to buy the CNY thurs draw which has a jackpot for $10 mil (2) turns out my ticket had 3 winning numbers... but u need at least 4 to win some cash... oh well... didn't really expected to win, just for fun...
just for the sake of interest.. i actually asked one of those ppl standing around how much do their roses cost... and turns out that a single stalk sets u back $6 and a bouquet $20... kinda cheap actually cos i was expecting them to cost more..
but then i was just wondering wat these ppl do to their flowers after vday when nobody wans to buy them anymore.. throw away? hmm.. thats quite a waste...
but today kinda gave me a new perspective abt vday... i used to think the "most miserable" feeling would be just to be single and alone on vday... turns out there's something worse.. it's actually to have a other 1/2 (ie. bf/gf) but not get to spend it with him/her...
