MSN dos and don'ts... more of the don'ts
ok for the record.. i didnt win a single cent from toto cos my numbers only had one winning number.. so i can't treat anybody anything... =
but back to the real stuff...
in my... (er, 6+?) years of online conversations... ICQ n MSN.. i have to state something which has been buggin me for a while...
when someone asks u a question online... DO NOT type "huh?"... its like one of the most irritating things u can ever reply to a person.. unless the guy asking the question really has a atrocious command of english... in my case, it's really quite stupid cos when i ask a qn, and the other party goes "huh?", i just basically cut n paste wat i just typed, and almost immediately the other guy/gal seems to know wat i'm saying already.. it's like u're reading the same thing TWICE... if u dun get wat i'm saying just read wat i typed AGAIN then...
the next most irritating thing to reply, which i'm sure applies to face-to-face conversations too, is "why?" sheesh, i mean like i'm the one asking the question... so just tell me the answer or not.. dun counter-pose me a question instead... i know of a few people who r really guilty of this and maybe that's why i try to avoid msning them altogether... but i'm sure a lot of u reading this know wat i mean...
